This presentation included the first stage for the definition of a comprehensive strategy for LinkedIn.
In this stage we addressed Grupo Petersen and the development of its Employer Brand. The objective is to highlight GP's LinkedIn and start building the guidelines and characteristics of its Employer Brand.
One of the objectives was to design a visual program for LinkedIn content to enable the development of Employer Brand communication.

The employer brand should reflect how the company works and represent its mission, values and culture.
We must obtain insights from influential employees from different departments to get an overview and ensure that the brand is in sync with the company's objectives and the professionals we want to attract.

Employer brand is the company's reputation as a place to work, the way employees and candidates perceive you. What we say about the brand and how we say it are two factors that can influence job seekers by gaining an immersion into the company's mission, values and culture.
