This Playbook was created to unify this unique voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints with current and future talent.
Here you will find the employer brand’s DNA, the narrative, the attributes that define us, and the guidelines for putting them into action on social media, job portals, career fairs, interviews, and in the voice of every employee who becomes an ambassador for Grupo Petersen and the four Banks.

Zona helped GP’s Marketing Department enhance the graphic resources it already had, providing an internal graphic system for the document that is attractive, modern, and clear.

Each graphic element in the Playbook demonstrates the potential to make the most of existing resources.

Since this Playbook serves as a permanent reference document for both ambassadors and employees, we designed every page to be as easy to navigate as possible. The interaction and proportions of complex texts, graphics, icons, and photographs are carefully considered throughout the manual to ensure a smooth reading and interpretation experience.
